Street Photography: Romantic Koreans

If you are an avid fan of Korean drama series, you’ll know that the central theme of (almost) all the series is about love. I don’t know whether because of that or it’s just the way they are, PDA (Public Display of Affection, which is “unusual” for Asian people) by Korean couples is not something strange in Seoul, especially in places that sell “romantica” such as Seoul Tower with its love padlocks.

Pre Wedding: Desi and Daniel

Two days ago, I took some pre wedding photos for my friend, Desi, and her husband-to-be Daniel.
In the morning we could see some dark clouds that made us worry of raining. But thank God, as soon as we arrived on the location, the sky was getting clear and bright. Such a blessing.
Because Daniel is a fan of Inter Milan FC, so for the second part they wore an away Inter Milan jersey.
The couples were such a joy to work with because they are not a demanding type. This was the first time that I took photos of people who were not curious to see their photos on the LCD of my camera. It was like they trusted me completely.

Maternity Photography: Dewi and Ari

In the second week of January 2013, my sister's friend, Dewi, asked me to take her maternity photograph. Her pregnancy is 7 months old. We decided to take pictures at Taman Kota 2, BSD, but unfortunately it was raining so hard when we arrived there. Then we turned around and went to Sumarecon Mall, Gading Serpong. And it was our luck that when we arrived at the mall, the rain had stopped.

We found this nice spot at the roof of an outdoor restaurant where nobody was there, not even waiters to bother us. So in less than 2 hours, before the rain started to fall again, we had a fun time with the parents to be.
